1. Where do your products come from?
   Most of our products come from the Putian Province in China. Putian is one of the bigger manufacturing areas in China, and produce thousands of goods a day.  They are shipped directly from their factories to your doorstep. Sneaker Smash has developed a good rapport with Putian Suppliers, and will provide you top quality goods.
2. Are these products real?
   Yes, they're real. As in, they're not fake, not pretend. These shoes are REPLICAS. I also sell Authentic Shoes and other products, but most of my sales are in the Replica game. They may be replica, but they are near matches to authentics.
3. Can you tell me more about the quality of the products?
   Shoes- The shoes are made with the same materials as the authentic shoes. Leather, nubuck, and other materials are legitimate on most products. There may be flaws, but for the price you're paying, you will be getting a steal.
   Hats - They come with good quality. They are engraved well, with correct branding and logos. Hats fit true to size.
   Jerseys and Apparel - See Shoes. Some flaws, but overall a quality product.
   Electronics - Come with good packaging, protected during shipping. These electronics are durable, and could have the same quality as authentic electronics.
   Sunglasses and Watches - Correct shape and sizing. Most sunglasses are good quality.
   DVDs - Will play in your DVD player. Most come with cases. Protected during shipping from damage or breaks.
4. What's the difference between regular, AAA, and AAA+ quality in shoes?
   Regular Quality - Cheapest quality shoes. Contains some flaws, and the materials are not as good as the other qualities.
   AAA Quality - Middle quality. Close to being a 1:1 copy of an authentic shoe, but still has some flaws.
   AAA+ Quality - The best quality and highest priced replica shoes. A 1:1 or very close to 1:1 copy of authentics. Made with top quality leather and materials.
5. Are these products durable?
   From personal testing, yes, they are durable. The shoes can be worn many times and still look brand new. Jerseys and clothes do not have color run after washing. Sunglasses and watches are not made out of plastic, but of higher quality materials. Electronics last as long as authentics.
